STEADY is a conditioning class that is designed to keep you moving at a steady pace. Exercises will keep your heart rate within a certain range so that you can improve your endurance. The goal is to provide a steady output and exertion for longer periods of time without causing spikes in your heart rate. At the same time that STEADY will improve your cardiovascular health, it will also strengthen your core and improve your balance, stability, and overall strength. 

This type of class is an important element of our comprehensive programming which will strategically improve all areas of your fitness. The various exercises utilized in STEADY will provide a  full-body burn. 

Ultimately, participating in all of our different classes provides a comprehensive and balanced approach to building a stronger and healthier you. The programming for the STEADY class will build on the skills being used in other classes. You will enjoy creative and challenging workouts that will help give you a good sweat while also working to prime and prepare you for the next workout.
