Strive
STRIVE is Oak & Iron’s structured conditioning class designed to develop your aerobic engine, work capacity, and recovery ability.
This is not random HIIT.
Each session includes a programmed aerobic block — typically 20–25 minutes — using rowers, bikes, and controlled interval formats that build endurance systematically.
You’ll train at specific effort targets, develop pacing awareness, and improve your ability to sustain output over time.
Most sessions conclude with focused core or stability work to support strength days and improve overall durability.
STRIVE is ideal for:
- Members who want to improve conditioning without losing strength
- Athletes looking to build engine capacity
- Busy professionals who want efficient, intelligent conditioning
- Anyone who wants structure instead of chaos
Expect:
- Intentional programming
- Measurable conditioning progress
- A coaching-led environment
- High effort, not random exhaustion
