Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are your group fitness classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re brand new to training or have years of experience. Coaches provide modifications, form guidance, and progressions so you can train safely and confidently at your own pace.
What should I expect during my first class?
Expect a welcoming environment, coach-led instruction, and a structured workout focused on strength and/or conditioning, depending on the day’s programming. Mobility and movement prep is also built right into the warmup. Arrive a few minutes early so your coach can introduce you to the space and answer any questions.
How are your group classes different from other gyms?
Our programming is structured and coach-led — not random workouts. Classes are intentionally designed within an 11-week cycle to deliver real results and measurable progress over time.
We coach with safety and proper movement at the forefront while helping members improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness in a motivating community atmosphere.
How large are the classes?
Classes are capped at 16. We intentionally keep them at a smaller size so coaches can provide individual attention, coaching, and movement corrections throughout each workout.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer four main class styles designed to improve strength, conditioning, endurance, and mobility:
LIFT – Our signature strength class focused on weightlifting, proper technique, and progressive overload.
STRIVE – A structured conditioning class combining endurance work with short bursts of high-intensity training.
DRIVE – A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class featuring dynamic movements and strategic recovery intervals to maximize output.
Kettlebell Flow – A kettlebell-focused class that emphasizes technique, conditioning, mobility, and movement efficiency.
Can I modify exercises if I have injuries or limitations?
Yes. Our coaches are trained to offer modifications and alternatives for different fitness levels, injuries, and mobility limitations so you can continue training safely.
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude. We recommend supportive training shoes based on the class style (flat-soled shoes for lifting and running or cross-training shoes for conditioning). Everything else is provided.
How often should I attend classes?
That depends on your goals and schedule, but most members see great results attending 3–5 times per week. Consistency is the biggest factor in seeing results. Our coaches can help recommend the best membership option and training frequency for you.
