KB (Kettlebell) STEADY is a conditioning class that is designed to keep you moving at a steady pace. There is a heavy focus on basic kettlebell skills like swings, cleans, different carry positions, and more. Kettlebell exercises will keep your heart rate within our target “steady” range while improving mobility, coordination, and stability throughout your entire body. KB STEADY will improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your core, improve your balance, and improve your overall strength. 
This type of class is an important element of our comprehensive programming which will strategically improve all areas of your fitness. The various exercises utilized in KB STEADY will provide a  full-body burn. 
Ultimately, participating in all of our different classes provides a comprehensive and balanced approach to building a stronger and healthier you. The programming for the KB STEADY class will build on the skills being used in other classes. You will enjoy creative and challenging workouts that will help give you a good sweat while also working to prime and prepare you for the next workout.
