Katherine dedicated a decade to elementary education, sharing her love of learning with young minds. A fitness enthusiast at heart, she enjoys strength training, running, and anything that gets her heart pumping. After becoming a mom and choosing to stay home with her son, she felt inspired to put her NASM certifications to good use, helping others prioritize their health and well-being. When she’s not breaking a sweat at the gym, you can find her enjoying a cozy cup of coffee, whipping up healthy treats, or tutoring elementary students.

Current Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Group Fitness Instructor, & CPR/ AED
