Hello, I'm janae mcknight
Janae is a dedicated fitness professional with over four years of experience coaching group classes. Originally from Fayetteville, NC, she attended Wingate University, where her passion for fitness and helping others truly blossomed. After graduating with a B.S. in Environmental Biology, Janae moved to Durham, NC, to pursue a career in research. During this time, she discovered fitness as a personal outlet and felt inspired to turn that passion into a fulfilling career.
Janae is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels unlock their potential through strength, endurance, and functional training. Her expertise includes strength training and hybrid fitness, with a strong focus on proper form, injury prevention, and building confidence.
In her free time, Janae enjoys working out, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones. She is currently accepting new clients and is excited to help more people achieve their fitness goals.
Current Certifications: ACE-CPT, ISSA Nutrition Coach, CPR/AED
