Hello, I'm Skylar Arena

Skylar’s passion for fitness began early—from growing up playing soccer to stepping on stage for her first bodybuilding competition in November 2024. Her connection to health became even more meaningful during her teenage years, when her mother, Marilyn, battled Metastatic Breast Cancer. During that time, Skylar learned firsthand how fitness and nutrition can serve as powerful medicine for the body. She spent countless hours working out with her mom, learning, experimenting, and building habits that shaped the path she’s on today.

After her mom’s passing at age 18, Skylar pursued a degree in Nutrition at Appalachian State University with a minor in Exercise Science. It was there she deepened her knowledge, built discipline, and discovered her true passion: helping people transform their lives through movement, nutrition, and daily habits that compound into lifelong change.

In her own fitness journey, Skylar lost nearly 40 pounds preparing for her bodybuilding debut. Through experiences with weight loss, recomposition, and healthy weight gain, she relates deeply to the challenges many clients face. She believes in meeting clients where they are and helping them build confidence through structure, consistency, and connection. As she puts it: “I want people to be healthy not just for themselves, but for their children, spouses, and those who count on them everyday.”

Skylar is currently accepting new clients and is excited to help you become a stronger, happier, and healthier version of yourself.
