Hello, I'm DIANA LEADLEY
Diana Leadley is a seasoned fitness professional with over six years of experience coaching group classes and personal training sessions. Formerly based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she served as the lead trainer and managing partner of a strength and conditioning facility, Diana recently relocated to North Carolina to continue her career in the fitness industry.
Diana received her bachelor’s in communication from Michigan State University and completed her Master’s in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology at Florida Atlantic University, where she also served as a graduate teaching assistant, sharing her passion for wellness and helping shape the next generation of fitness professionals.
At Oak and Iron, Diana is a Fitness Coach and also serves as the Community Engagement and Membership Experience Coordinator. As a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, her areas of expertise include strength, conditioning, and mobility with a focus on proper form and injury prevention.
Committed to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels reach their potential, Diana has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to seniors, athletes to young professionals, and individuals of all backgrounds. She is currently accepting personal training clients and looks forward to applying her expertise to help others achieve their fitness goals.
Her favorite ways to work out include strength training, boxing, and hiking. Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, Diana continues to inspire and empower those around her to strive for greatness in their fitness journey.
